Who we are
Evergreen Forestry Group is a forestry contractor specializing in wildfire mitigation, vegetation management, ecological restoration and emergency response. We serve federal, state and local government clients, utilities, tribal governments and private landowners across the Western United States.
The company was founded on a multi-generational legacy of forestry, timber and natural resource management spanning five generations. Under the leadership of founder Michael D. Pryor III, Evergreen combines traditional forestry values with modern equipment and current land management practices.
The problems we solve are practical ones: fuel loads that make fire unmanageable, vegetation encroaching on lines and roadways, hazard trees threatening crews and the public, and ground that needs stabilizing before the next storm. We plan the work, execute it safely, and document it for the people who have to answer for it.

Why Evergreen
Our differentiators come from the way the company is built: owned equipment, trained personnel, documented safety performance and structured project management.
An Injury and Illness Prevention Program, SiteDocs safety management, daily inspections, and an Experience Modification Rate of 1.00 with zero OSHA recordable incidents.
Led by a fifth-generation forestry professional who came up through groundsman, climber, timber faller, foreman and general foreman roles.
