About the company

A five-generation forestry legacy, built for today's wildfire reality

Evergreen Forestry Group is a comprehensive forestry services provider specializing in wildfire mitigation, vegetation management, ecological restoration and emergency response for federal, state and local government clients across the Western United States.

Mission

Why Evergreen exists

To deliver high-performance forestry and fuels reduction solutions that protect communities, strengthen landscapes, and set the standard for safety, precision, and operational excellence.

Evergreen Forestry Group was founded on a multi-generational legacy of forestry, timber and natural resource management spanning five generations. Building on decades of family experience in logging, timber harvesting, vegetation management and forest products, the company was established to address the growing need for professional fuels reduction, forest restoration and wildfire resilience services throughout California.

Under the leadership of founder Michael D. Pryor III, Evergreen combines traditional forestry values with modern equipment, innovative land management practices and a commitment to environmental stewardship. Today the company serves public agencies, utilities, tribal governments and private landowners by delivering safe, efficient and sustainable forestry solutions that protect communities, improve forest health and reduce wildfire risk.
